Payments

Tuition Structure:

Families enrolled in Emma's Childcare are responsible for tuition fees, which are billed on a monthly basis. Tuition rates are determined based on the child's age group and the selected program.

Payment Due Date:

Payments are due monthly on the first day for the upcoming month. Families are encouraged to set up automatic payments to ensure timely processing.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Emma's Childcare accepts payments through Stripe/Venmo/Paypal/Amex Pay Accept which include credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, checks, Klarna, and other Buy-now-pay-later options.

Late Payment Policy:

A late fee of $30 for late payment plus $15 a day until paid will be applied for payments received after the due date grace period. If payment is not received within 5 days after the due date, Emma's Childcare reserves the right to suspend childcare services until the account is brought up to date.

Billing and Invoices:

Families will receive detailed invoices outlining the tuition charges, any applicable fees, and the due date. Invoices may be provided electronically or may be requested in paper format, as preferred by the family.

Enrollment Deposit and Registration Fees:

A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $35 is required upon initial registration to secure a child's placement.

Schedule Changes and Absences:

Tuition fees remain consistent regardless of a child's attendance, including holidays and planned closures. However, Emma's Childcare understands that circumstances may arise, and families are encouraged to communicate in advance regarding any planned extended absences.

Termination Policy:

Emma's Childcare reserves the right to terminate childcare services for non-payment, consistent late payments, or failure to comply with the terms outlined in this payment policy. In the event of termination, any outstanding balances must be settled promptly.

Financial Assistance:

Emma's Childcare offers limited financial assistance or scholarship opportunities for families facing financial hardship. Interested families are encouraged to contact the administration to discuss eligibility and the application process at info@emmaschildcare.com.

The Child Care assistance program helps families pay for all or part of the cost of Child Care.
